ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA - FREE Express Post for orders over $200. FREE Standard Post on orders under $200.
All orders are sent by Australia Post. Express Post normally takes between 1 and 3 business days to be delivered from the day of dispatching the order. Standard Post normally takes between 3 and 6 business days to be delivered from the day of dispatching the order.. You might need to collect your parcel from your local post office if you are not home to receive it.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - International orders will be charged A$20 for shipping to New Zealand and A$30 for shipping to Europe and North America. All international orders are shipped via tracked postage and generally will take 1-2 weeks for delivery. If the order exceeds the standard weight, additional costs may be added prior to shipment, however we will inform you of this before your package is shipped.
Insurance is not included with international orders at this time.
Poppy Belles is not responsible for any delays, customs charges, or any other problems that may arise with customs in the receiving country.
Additional Postage Information
All the times outlined above are estimates and are not guaranteed. The intent is to provide excellent customer service, however sometimes unforeseen circumstances do arise. Parcels may also be delayed due to public holidays or problems experienced by the Australia Post System. We cannot accept responsibility for these situations. The Customer must ensure that the Customer enters the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned as undelivered will incur a re-dispatch fee. Poppy Belles reserves the right not to accept an Order, or having accepted an Order, to cancel an Order if it cannot supply the Goods. There may be the occasion were items are out of stock. This may delay the delivery of your parcel, you will receive a courtesy email informing you of expected delivery time should this be the case. If you need to track your parcel or have an urgent date the order is needed by, please contact us so we can accommodate.
* Clearance Sale Items Are Not Returnable/Refundable
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange the garment within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is still in perfect condition, unworn and with all tags attached with the exception of clearance sale items.
All goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached in their original packaging.
Clothing and shoes may of course be fitted indoors, but not worn.
Please do not keep our articles in smoking areas, in the kitchen or nearby animals. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Goods can also be returned locally to 35 Cavenagh Street, Shop 9 Air Raid Arcade, Darwin City, NT, 0800. (Please check our Facebook page for opening hours).
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of postage.
Refunds and exchanges are made approximately one week after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their account credited. We will not make refunds to a third party. As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of postage (this includes the original delivery cost and return postage). If you wish to request reimbursement for postage due to an incorrectly advertised, damaged or faulty item just get in touch with us and we will reimburse your postage costs. Please be aware that the maximum amount we can refund you is the standard Australia Post recorded delivery cost. We also cannot refund the excess cost of parcels returned to us via courier or next day delivery.
Hand Embellished Items
Some of our products are hand embellished. Each and every garment isn’t 100% symmetrical and may vary between each other slightly. Due to the nature of hand embellished item(s) some beads may come loose or fall off if not handled carefully. Therefore, all hand embellished items come with spare beads attached. Loss of beads cannot be treated as faulty after wearing the dress and cannot be accepted for refund/ replacement.
Please take care with unpacking and repacking. Please also ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie – we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of hosiery, due to hygiene reasons.
If you have changed your mind after purchasing earrings, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer you a refund, however these may be returned if faulty.
